Sears MasterCard & Sears Card Statements from Citi

Sears cardholder statements from Citibank will no longer have security barcodes. Customers will be required to either swipe or insert their credit cards in order to process their payments.

In the event that a customer does not have his/her credit card, direct the member to call Citibank customer service at 1-800-326-0113 and process a payment by phone.
