Hardware repair out of warranty

Any out of warranty hardware repairs such as mouse, printers, keyboards and monitors are the sole responsibility of the Franchisee/Owner. They can purchase/repair the items locally. Please do not open a ticket or contact hardware support.

Issues with servers, registers and network equipment require a Service Now ticket for IT assistance.
