ASN issues when scheduling RTV pick-up on GENCO website

Occasionally, when a store accesses the GENCO website to schedule a truck to pick up their RTV pallets and/or Craftsman Tool Barrels, they may receive an error message that the ASN number that is generated by the MRS Maintenance  > Return to Vendor  system is invalid or has previously been used, or the associate may have forgotten to write down or screen print the ASN number.
In these situations the store should enter the 6-digit date in MMDDYY format (example 020521 for  february 5, 2021)
