OMS Stuck Orders -Review Reporting in Tableau

  • Open the following link and login to tableau, sheet with title ‘SHO Stuck Orders’ is for you.


  • Click on ‘Download’  -- Click on ‘Data’ – Click on ‘Download all rows as a text file’
  • Coordinate with OMS Support Team (Vrinda) to get the orders cleared
  • This report will be refreshed (Auto) daily at 6 AM, you can review and engage OMS Support accordingly
