- Open the following link and login to tableau, sheet with title ‘SHO Stuck Orders’ is for you.

- Click on ‘Download’ -- Click on ‘Data’ – Click on ‘Download all rows as a text file’
- Coordinate with OMS Support Team (Vrinda) to get the orders cleared
