Store can’t ring delivery/installation on the sale with PA replacement

·When using Innovel for the delivery and/or Installation, delivery and installation may be rung on PA Replacement.  Be sure to use the correct "PA" intallation code. 
· For Local delivery or installation, stores need to follow the PA Replacement process. This means that the store does not enter anything at POS for the local delivery or installation. After the sale is completed they schedule it with their provider.The store then follows the Online Expense Reimbursement process to be reimbursed
