Why won’t my print queue clear?

Ensure you are printing smaller batches (by drilling down to a promotional date and business or division), and selecting "YES" when asked if the signs printed. This will prevent RES from timing out during printing which causes the signs to not move to batch history.

To clear the queue, please contact the Retail Systems Help Desk and request that they move the signs for a specific date and prior to Batch History. 877-742-6948
