Why are my print margins not aligned?

Insure you are selecting the correct printer for your printer type from the drop down menu when asked to select a printer.
-Model T640 –use “SIGN” print queue
-Model T650/X654 -use “RESOTM” print queue
-MS710dn –use “RESOTM”
(The default is set to "SIGN")
If this does not correct the issue, please contact the Retail Systems Help Desk (877-742-6948) and request that they review your printer settings and printer driver settings.
