SYWR Member - Missing credit for specific transactions
It is important that the first thing you ask a customer is if they are a SYWR member. If you enter their membership information at the start of the transaction, it ensures the member earns their SYWR points. If a SYWR member did not earn points on a specific transaction, you can call the store only 1-800-991-9312 help desk number to immediately get the points added to the customer’s account.
