Customer Escalation - Agent NotificationsCurrently, agents only get updates by looking up an order/request in the Customer Escalation tool.
this enhancement is to establish email notifications to select agent teams regarding any updates made to a request so they can more proactively follow up with the customer. This would include Customer solutions, BBB, social media and executive member support teams
